Old miserable woman with blonde hair, had to do a Amazon return for the first time and asked what I need to do and as a reply got ?i don?t know? and then had a go at me that I ripped my label as the paper get jammed??? Well ain?t it your job mate? Extremely rude and I don?t think she should be working anywhere that had customers. On the other hand Hannah was very polite and helped me get through the process

Calculate how much you will pay for the goods because you do not return the money without the purchase receipt. I immediately noticed an error, but the cashier said I could not refund the money without a check, although the cashier knew I had paid £ 3 too much.

Came in to check a lot ticket staff was enormously rude bines it with phrase " wheel there was nothing on it anyway. Well never would step a foot in it if it wasn't the only place from 6am is a common discription.

I went to the shop to buy something.As i enter in the shop .Shift Manager ask for mask with a rude way .i said to him that i am exempt .I buy something form shop and said thanks but her behaviour was very rude to me she look like a racist .
