Very very rude Sophie seller.
When i came into shop, after 10 second she chasing me to stop watching o2 offers and shouts to come to her.
I never ever met person who didn't offer anything and didn't try to help.
She raised the voice, and after 1 minutes i just want to leave the store.
Im 20 yrs o2 customer experience and i don't want back to the store until she will be there.

This isn?t a review regarding phone sales. However I wanted to give my thanks to the wonderful team at the Boston branch for helping with a mental health individual who needed help with their phone sim to contact their line of help. They showed kindness and understanding to her and allowed for her to take some time to get her things in order. Speaking with them afterwards, their kindness to this individual was second to none, even with the male colleague giving the lady her space when needed. A HUGE credit to the store!! I believe one member to be possibly be called Matt and another lady too!

This Review is intended specifically for Sophie. My friend had an issue that was unresolved after 5 months of back and forth between us and the company. There was moments where some of the staff made us feel like this issue was unresolvable. We went into the Lincoln branch today and Sophie was covering, she was so helpful and solved the issue within 20 minutes. It?s worth mentioning that my friend has Tourette?s syndrome but the way that Sophie handled it was incredibly lovely and professional. Can?t give her enough praise.

I visited the store yesterday and was greeted by a lovely lady called Danielle. I explained that I needed to change my phone but was reluctant as I had things on it from my late husband that I was worried I might lose. She went above and beyond to help me from choosing my new phone and sorting everything out for me. She is a credit to your store. Thankyou so much.

5 weeks of an ongoing payment issue.Returned an apple watch back within 14 days and been charged £609 for the watch even after it being returned, been into store, on the phone and on live chat with o2 and hasn?t been resolved after they?ve told multiple times they would. Now being accused of not returning the watch within 14 days even with proof of a recipe and on the o2 system. o2 employees have no idea what they?re doing and have had nothing but issues with o2 since the new phone. 5 weeks of ongoing issues over one simple problem!

Since moving the shop around the corner, the staff seem less interested in selling phones and more interested in chatting with themselves.Went in with my partner to upgrade her phone to the new iPhone 15 pro and was treated like an inconvenience by the young lady. Not the service myself nor my partner expect from this store, so we left and haven?t returned since. I don?t know where these new staff members have come from but they are miles behind the Boston staff so far.We are also heavily considering not doing business with this o2 store again. Real shame after years of amazing service from Chris over the years!

Went in with new phones bought elsewhere. Ever so helpful, they put our sim cards in new phones and even moved all phone numbers and apps to new phone.

Had my new Pixel 7a now just over week and having only had Samsungs in the last few years, I'm very happy with the choice. Sophie helped me decide on the phone and gave me various plan options. Very nice lady who I wouldn't think twice about recommending, if you're in the market for a new phone.
