The new lady with a nose ring was very rude to me in which she got a reaction from me. After 15 years here I am not going back. The rest of the staff are great such a shame one person can change the atmosphere. Terrible attitude. Another customer witnessed this and said he also avoids this person

Poor show at nationwide Boston. Popped in and tried to fix an appointment to go in and talk about my maturing isa. Lady on front desk and said they didn't that anymore. Just fill the form. Not interested in business

Turned up at 4.10 to turned away as it was closed even though it says 4.30 on the sign. So I had to use the deposit machine outside which I hate as they dont get emptied until the next day. Once I was finished the woman opened the door! What a joke. When I went in to ask why, the large blonde woman was quite rude and said that she said it would open again soon which she definitely didn't.
