Staff need some direction, not sure if anyone knows what is going on! Came in for breakfast at 10:45am got my food at 11:10am. Lots of customers complaining. Not the McDonald's we know & love.

Their payments system wasn?t working. Had to wait for the manager to come, but the staff couldn?t find the manager for over 30 minutes.
Similar has happened at Lincoln McDonald?s, in hospitality, if you?re that much of an inconvenience to your customers over £5, they just say here? have it on us, we won?t keep you waiting.
At Boston, nope. Waited 30 minutes for the manager to come, got the food eventually and to top it off it was freezing cold, no sauces in the bag, etc.
Just all round awful. Didn?t value my time, terrible food, manager goes on walkabouts while there?s a mayday event.
Not good. Happened at 25/03/2025 at ~3AM.

This is more about the delivery service the Food was delivered and it was freezing cold it took over 40 mins to arrive and we couldn't even eat the chips. Shocking
I don't understand why the drive through doesn't have a full menu on display drives me crazy

My gripe?.... the McCoffee is bloody
