“One of the best hotels we've stayed in, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. Our standard plus room was so warm and comfortable. We want to go back to Boston again, not because of the town but because of the hotel experience!”

“We often stay here when visiting family just up the coast. The rooms are always clean and the beds comfortable. It's no-frills but reliable.Always get cheerful and professional service from the reception staff. The cleaning staff are friendly too, which doesn't always happen elsewhere.We used to take the meal deal at the onsite Brewer's Fair because it's simpler than having to go out into Boston or further to eat. Stopped taking dinner there because in the last 18 months they seem always chronically understaffed. Two hours wait for our mains was the final straw! Breakfast is always fabulously filling though and we'll worth the cost.If you don't want to venture out in the evening many local takeaways deliver to the hotel, and there's no problem about food in your room. Just be nice: don't get grease on the duvet, and take your pizza boxes away for recycling.”
