Absolute disregard for customers by bank employees. There are 7 people in line at the cash register. There is only one cashier working. And instead of trying to do her job faster, she chats sweetly with a customer about the road to Grantham.

Requested a certified bank statement for a mortgage application but was refused, citing GDPR which makes no sense. Poor customer service overall. I?ll be moving my banking elsewhere.

The member of staff was very pleasant but Lloyds is completely useless as a bank. They have a rule that you can only bank 10 bags of change at one time.
The Black horse is with you every step of the way ???. He bolted years ago sadly.

Don't get why people chose this bank at all. They always have such a big queue before they open. They like changing their own banking options, making you believe that their new options will be better, but they won't be and you won't probably realise it. They put your interview on an audio so that employees won't be able to tell you that they do not recommending you to chose their new options.

Nice bank, very welcoming staff, clean environment. Can have fairly long queues. However there is lots of atms, 2 inside 3 outside aswell as the bankers themselves
