Absolute disregard for customers by bank employees. There are 7 people in line at the cash register. There is only one cashier working. And instead of trying to do her job faster, she chats sweetly with a customer about the road to Grantham.

Requested a certified bank statement for a mortgage application but was refused, citing GDPR which makes no sense. Poor customer service overall. I’ll be moving my banking elsewhere.
