I responded to Lister's 'chatbox' which pops up on their site because they had a car that looked just what I was seeking, but we were 3 hours drive apart. They put me in touch with Adam in Sales, for whom nothing is too difficult! Adam devised a way by which we could do the whole deal remotely, he'd have the car delivered, but I wasn't committed till I'd examined and test-driven it. lt all went fine and I'm now the proud owner of a 2-y-o X3.

Just got an i3 from here and Adam who looked after us was superb! From start to finish in terms of helping us get a great financial deal and also the care and respect he showed our young family. Would definitely use them again in the future!

I made an enquiry through the BMW website late one evening & was contacted by the dealership as soon as they opened the following day. I had a test drive that afternoon & bought the car. The salesman undertook additional work to ensure the purchase was stress free & the transfer of private registration was administered seamlessly. A really friendly team, no hard sell tactics but an informative meeting to ensure informed decisions could be made. I was so impressed that a second car was purchased on collection of the first. A lovely dealership with whom to deal.

I do not recommend buying an extended warranty from "Listers"Mercedes-BenzIt is not valid at all, and I strongly advise against it because they always seem to try to find exceptions that are not covered by the warranty. Please just read others comments below!1)Three weeks ago, I couldn't open my trunk, and I was told that the warranty didn't cover the repair because "Cables" were not considered an electrical component. I kindly asked if they could show me this exclusion in the extended agreements, but they couldn't provide any evidence of this exclusion.Something is definitely not right with the dealership.2)After purchasing an "Approved used" car, after 7 months I had an issue with the brakes, and they attributed it to my driving style. Without arguing, I replaced the brake pads and discs at my own expense.However, a year later, the same issue arose, even though I had used genuine components installed by the Mercedes dealership.This time, when I complained about the issue, they took no action at all. After numerous follow-ups, they finally inspected my brakes, but I've been waiting for their feedback for months now. It's disheartening that they seem to care so little about road safety and customer service.How can one wait for months for a solution while leaving the customer with the problem for so long?The best part of the experience was the sales team - very nice salespeople who were all smiles when I left with my new car.However, at a later stage, they seemed to care little about the car's service and customer satisfaction. I am very disappointed.

I rarely review companies on here but felt the service I received was beyond the norm, especially today! My M140i was in for an Oil & Brake fluid service. Pretty boring but waited whilst it was carried and enjoyed the facilities whilst there. Coffee, WiFi, TV etc.All sorted and paid for returned home. Couple of days later it was clear something had been missed as part the work I?d paid for and I contacted the service team.From that moment, I have been blown away by the levels they have gone to not only resolve the error made but to avoid any additional inconvenience to me personally.Having dealt with BMW main dealerships in the past, this is not what I have experienced elsewhere and rest assured I am sharing the details of this excellent handling of a tricky situation with everyone I know.I believe you only really know how committed a company is to customer service, until something goes wrong. It is a mark of the high levels at Lister BMW at Boston that I?m not even going to reference my issues here and would say to anyone considering buying from these guys, do not hesitate. They?re almost unique in my life in not only being interested in the initial sale. We?ll done in particular to Paul who has been outstanding.

I had no choice but to order a part through bmw. When it came it was wrong. When I returned the part I got told that the part was none returnable as it was the last part in the contry. I spoke with garage who did the work for me they got told bmw had too much stock. Not sure why they would lie to me Not sure anyome can you trust this dealerships.

Great place to shop for a quality correctly priced vehicle.My wife and I bought a great BMW Z4 via Conner Heaney, Sales Exec, who was the most professional and decent sales person we have had the pleasure to deal with. 5 Star company and staff.
