This letting agent has demonstrated to us a lack of knowledge of the legislation within their profession. They attempted to force my daughter to stay in a joint tenancy after the fixed term had ended, by wrongly claiming that both tenants have to give notice to end a periodic tenancy. They accessed the property without giving the required notice before doing so. They treated us with rudeness and contempt. I would definitely avoid this letting agent.

Let us let you have served me as letting agents for the last 12 years or so. The service they have provided has been excellent. All ways approachable and helpful. Any issues have been resolved quickly and in a friendly, but professional matter.

I have bad experience too with this agency! Renting flat almost 3 years! In starting there be trouble to open windows ask to fix but nothing be done! At least 6 months I reported about rats in ceilings and walls do nothing until one day rats get in report and send pictures with rat still don?t do nothing! When moving out don?t get deposit back! There don?t call or text until I call myself asking about deposit! My advice be careful with that agency!
