After receiving a voucher from our housing association to decorate the property we'd just rented from them, I visited Johnstone's to purchase paint and materials for the job.What I received was the worst customer experience I'd ever had. So much so, that I gave up my £110 voucher, that i could only spend there.The young-ish, larger lady, began with nonchalant, moved onto terse and ended with insults.I suspect that nonchalance is the norm for this assistant, with terse and rude being reserved for voucher holders!
