Home Bargains is a fantastic shop as long as they have what you go in for. Very often, there are empty shelves and you come out feeling rather annoyed!!

Very efficiently run store. The lady in charge is a tyrant.Majority of staff are very polite and efficient, but a couple of new staff are more interested in going home than working. I strongly object to paying to park, and quite often I get there and don't have any change for the parking meter so have to go elsewhere.

I only wanted 2 things so didn't need a basket but was told I had to have one because of shoplifting I said to the young rude girl but I'm going to pay and and don't intend on stealing but she made me feel so uncomfortable when I carried on around the store every other member of staff who wore them damm headsets was following me and giving me the most evil looks I approached the supervisor and said i feel very uncomfortable and was told it's home bargains policy to have a basket she made me feel like a theif as well so I put the stuff back and walked out ....they don't even use the headsets for work one of thw was talking to the young girl about her drunken night out the night before totally discusted with the service here the best and most genuine kind and polite person in boston branch is Jimmy he is an amazing asset to the branch shane about the others that work there....
