Special mention to Jess who was extremely helpful and provided us with so many options and once we finally selected what we wanted she was proactive all the way through from unit set out, worktop, appliances and even tiles! Absolutely delighted with how our new kitchen has turned out! Jess is very knowledgeable and her friendly approach was a pleasure to deal with which made the whole process enjoyable. Jess spends a lot of time making sure you get the kitchen you really want and she always makes sure the customer is happy as her approach is that she is always has time for her customers. I've also noticed that TS will often sell the identical item to SF significantly cheaper. So sometimes it's worth the extra effort to drive to their branch.”

“Been using Screwfix for years. Have an outlet literally on my doorstep so handy for nipping there on a Sunday at short notice. Bought everything from 15mm compression fittings, 13a sockets, light switches, power tools, door handles, blanking plates and bolts to ladders and saw horses. Always been treated well by staff and have even taken in parts I didn’t know the name of and the staff have sourced replacements. I am a casual DIYer that often finds things that need replacing or fixing so it’s me straight off down to Screwfix. The mrs says Screwfix is my spiritual home as I am there so often and enjoy going.”
