Always a joy visiting the garage! Tom and his team do an excellent job! Totally professional, customer service exemplary and, unlike so many other garages, they keep you up to date with repairs and costs! Highly recommended!

Honesty is the key to a prosperous business. I have been dealing with Formula 1 for quite some time now . I find their practices are honest . The staff are good and listen to the customer . While this establishment runs as it should do??..then I?ll carry on taking my business to them . Tom has rightly been promoted and keeps on top of things . Good guy . Young Clint Eastwoods son Mark is now the under manager. . His mind is constantly ticking like a personal computer working out the jobs before him . With him being Clint?s son ,I?m pleased he only fires blanks now . I had oil and filter change and who was I blessed with to do the job ?..Lewis Hamilton junior . looks like Lewis Collins ,and sings like Louis Armstrong . Lewis is keen as a young ferret waiting to be uncaged looking for rabbits to chase down the holes . We will talk about the Massey Ferguson tractor tyres another time . Top marks to all the staff .

Non professional at all, the man gave appointment and whe I came he didn't find, and said not saved. He didn't even apologize. Obviously, Not recommended at all. If there is less than star, I'll give.

Even 1 star is to much. Took the husbands car for exhaust issue and new wipers, exhaust was done wipers not fitted but paid for. Took same car for 2 tyres and the wipers were fitted however booked a time online and was 2 hours later before the job was done.Took my private hire taxi for mot that was booked for 2pm to be told at 2:50pm that he won't test it at all as current mot was done 6 months ago, I explained that taxis including private hire taxi ate mot tested every 6 months and he still refused even though it was booked in correctly.

Absolutely awful place, customer service is shocking, took my car in for MOT and they refused to do it because of the windscreen which has a crack on the passenger side! Surely would just MOT the car and fail it for the windscreen.I asked them to call me when it was done, hour and half later in Freezing cold with my 4 year old I went back and they informed me! Didn?t think to call me the second they decided not to do the MOT!Just shockingly awful service really disappointed, would definitely not recommend !!

Came to book in MOT saw on line two apartments available for the next day late afternoon but didn?t have card to finish booking. So went in to book to be told NOT doing that late. Why have on line then? Then I said about Blue light card that for the last 3 times always had discount but this time they said not giving, depending on who you deal with. The customer service wasn?t a nice experience I definitely will not be going back again
