My car failed its MOT for the second year in a row, not unusual I hear you say. However it a was for the same issue that THEY repaired last year.My car?s done just under 1.8k, driving sensibly, to the speed limits and conditions in the few days short of 12 months since the repair. I?d argue any part should last much longer than that!Complete inconsistencies in what they give as advisories from one year to the next alongside this, with no work done in that time other then the inadequate repair and tyre replacement. Apparently my car can repair itself. Marvellous!They also replaced a flat tyre around 6 months ago which, 24 hours later, was flat again due to a faulty valve that they clearly hadn?t checked! We had to get this fixed at another garage as needed to drive the car and they weren?t open (no I don?t expect a 24 hour garage but I do expect work I paid for to be carried out properly).They weren?t willing to offer any sort of reduction in charge for a job which I?d say arguably wasn?t up to scratch the first time if their parts don?t even last 12 months or 2,000 miles!Wont be returning and wouldn?t recommend at all.

Excellent service!Booked my Evoque for MOT.There wasn?t any unnecessary delays or unnecessary additional repairing cost. My car was ready within 1.5 hr.Thank you ??

Told me what was needed.....I agreed the cost and when they phoned to say the car was ready it was actually a lot less as some of the work quoted for they found was not actually necessary. Work completed very quickly as well despite being non urgent. Good honest service goes a long way. Thank you.

The mechanics are absolutely spot on. Price is completely reasonable and they do their hardest to save you £ very good garage to say the least!

If you want a sparking clean glitzy waiting room to sit in and a posh workshop this isn't the place for you.....!!This is a down to earth garage with good hard working mechanics and a good attitude to vehicle repair. Yes it's a little rough around the edges, but who cares when they get the job done. ?Thanks for looking after my van. See you again soon for another MOT.

Very happy with the service we received today! We were on a family day out when we happened to get a puncture and had no spare tyre. We had no idea where to go but with a little Google we realised FT auto centre was only a 5 min drive away. We turned up and they saw to us straight away! Got us up and running in no time so we could continue our family day out!We had two small children with us and the lady on reception was so welcoming towards them and was chatting away to us which was lovely after a stressful journey.Thank you so much!!!

If you have powder coated wheels don?t Use themAs they damaged three out of four wheels when putting on new tyres and only paid for two to be repaired.I had 2 wheels refurbished 2 months before having new tyres and they told me if we knew that we would not have paid for them to be refurbished as the paint is still soft obviously doesn?t know what he?s on about as the experts say they are not soft.They jump straight into your car without putting a cover over the seat (no respect for your property)I would advise you to check your wheels with them before the work commencesI will NOT be using them again.Poor workmanship and don?t pay for damage they have done
