“I needed a few items for myself and my daughter's bike, so I went onto the website and found in super fast fashion the items I wanted to purchase. The items I wanted were both in-stock and a price I could afford. After purchasing I had to wait whilst the team at my local store got my items together, once that was done I was notified by text. On arrival at the store I was greeted by a female member of staff and I have to say I was impressed, very polite, professional, and courteous, as I made my way to the counter she asked me very politely if I needed any assistance. I explained that I came to collect 3 items, without any fuss she headed to the bike department and collected my items, came back with a smile and said my receipt will be through my email. With all this, it's truly put my faith back into visiting Halfords again, the customer service was through the roof, absolutely brilliant, I really couldn't have asked for anything better.
