Went in the Boston EE shop today to get the wive's sim card unlocked due to lack of use and the guy in the shop wasn't very interested in helping but just gave me a phone number to call. I went home and called the number and got it sorted in about 5 minutes. He could have made the call for me in the shop.

Visited to discuss my contract renewal. Was helped by the staff to renew my mobile and home broadband to a more reasonable cost. All explained by the young gentle man and on Friday all will be installed.

Came in 3 days ago to swap from pay as you go to monthly contract as well as upgrade my phone etc, I looked online but all in all it confused me.so I popped in for more information, and the employer I spoke with I believe is called Alex was extremely patient, helpful and kind and just all around excellent with their customer service, they were extremely knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything I needed to know and more.no question was too stupid either, very welcoming from the second I walked in the door.Very impressed with the service I received from Alex, would absolutely recommend this store.. ??
