Great service from Derek at Paul at Derek Lee Gunsmiths. Bought a stunning used Beretta SV10 Prevail X Trap shotgun. It was described as mint....and it was!! Immaculate condition with everything as from new! Was delivered to my RFD. Great service and would highly recommend using them again. And they actually call you in response to your emails which was great, as it's good to talk rather than emailing all the time!

I was looking for a Beretta 694 and Derek Lee Gunsmiths had the perfect example available. It was used, so I called ahead to ask about condition and options available as I was a 4 hour drive away.Derek was great on the phone, and reassured me that the model I was interested in was in excellent condition as described on their online advert.Shortly after the conversation I emailed asking for photos of the aforementioned marks on the 694 as described in the advert and Derek emailed back promptly with high quality photos.After I was happy, we agreed on an RFD and the 694 was sent the same day my certificate arrived. All arrived in good time, as described and my local gunsmith advised me that I had purchased a "very good example" and that it was at an excellent price.I'd have no concerns returning to Derek Lee for any future purchases, either in person or distance buying.A great all round experience - Thank You!

Great shop, very friendly welcoming staff, easy to talk to and very informative. Overall great shop, got everything you need in there, they're happy to answer questions and explain stuff. I?m very happy with my experience with them, they?re my go to gun shop. Bought a shotgun few years ago from them and another gun today, will definitely be doing business with them in the future, 100% recommend.

Spending a reasonable amount of money on something you have never seen, etc is always a worry. But, my concerns were soon dismissed when I took delivery of a Miroku shotgun I bought from Derek Lee Gunsmiths. The gun was delivered to my local RFD when they said it would be, and was exactly as described on their website. I received a phone call from Paul to tell me the gun had been delivered to my local dealer. The following day, Paul called me again to check that I was happy with my purchase. The customer service at Derek Lee Gunsmith?s is second to none, and I have no problem highly recommending them to all that read this review.

Absolutely fantastic gunshop and gunsmiths. They made my first purchase of a used shotgun easy and stress free. The man who assisted me in the shop was friendly and very helpful. Derek himself answered all my email queries very timely prior to my purchase. Even though I had to travel 70 miles to get to this little gem of a shop, I wouldn't hesitate to make this journey again should I need something else. Top class shop, people and service. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Just made my first distance purchase of a New Browning Maxus II from here and they made the purchase an absolute joy.
