Not impressed with this store. We bought a Delonghi Magnifica coffee machine 8 months ago, which has failed twice. They said they needed to get a receipt number from some team in Curry's, because there was an issue with our receipt number, meaning they couldn't send it off to repair - HOW BIZZARRE. Anyway, when we dropped it off, we were told someone from Curry's would call us the next day with a receipt number, and then the store would call us too, to get the receipt number. Well, none of that happened. I saw it coming, though, so I raised a complaint. 11 days later the compaint team did call, with the same receipt number the store already had, which the store said is problematic. Interestingly, though, the complaints team can't help much with in-store issues. Thankfully, we bought a care plan, so we are expecting a replacement machine. Call us back to resolve this within 24 hours, and I might remove the review.

Name, email address and post code, just for a pair of earphones, no way is this company having my details!! Utter rubbish!! Went to Asda next door, got the exact same item, did not have to give my name, email address or postcode! Not sure why this store needs the information, seems very very dodgy to me

poor customer service,only customer in the store,while 2 out of 3 workers stand and chat between themselves rather than attend to the customer and ask of they need any help,as wanted to get a new phone or information on the options,but no one bothered to do their job so just left and gonna get service elsewhere

Visited the Boston curry?s store today to buy a new fan. All the staff their was brilliant, they was all really friendly and welcoming helping me to choose the right fan.
A special thank you to Ben, he was incredibly helpful throughout. He took the time to explain all the features of the Shark fan in detail and answered every question I had. He was very friendly and really did help with the decision.
Great experience all around - thanks again to Ben and the rest of the team who helped !

Ronnie was really helpful in helping my Husband and I decide on which machine to go for.
She was so patient and kind, ready to answer our unending questions.
We left happy and satisfied.
