Came in for advice about which paints can mix together as I?m looking to paint my kitchen. Debbie the sales assistant was very helpful and gave me good advice on which paint is best. The service was fast and beats going into a B&Q or somewhere like such. Overall a great service and I will be a returning customer.

I always use this store,probably 2 to 3 times a week in our busy periods at work and it doesn't matter what you need the girls will always be helpful in sorting you out and nothing is too much trouble for any of them and over the years I have seen difficult customers in the shop and the girls always sort them out with a smile..but yesterday I was in there and I see the most obnoxious lady you could ever meet she was awkward, argumentative and down right bloody rude to the manager of the shop. Now I have no idea how how the manager composed herself to be polite to this horrible lady but she did...well done Claire you handled her so professionally and yes you did it with a smile as usual...

Highly recommend the store, served by a lady called Debbie,really helpful and very cheery, mixed a sample which i was after. Store is great, like an aladins cave for painting supplies, well worth a visit

When I first visited, Debbie (the store in-charge) very kindly attended to me, listened patiently to what I was looking for & promptly helped me find the right equipment. She & her colleague Sue were well informed, very helpful and polite. Because of them, I even opened an account with Crown & I will certainly be going there whenever I need anything.Thanks Crown (Boston) team..
