We went in to buy a suit for my partner. The guy in the men's department was fantastic, firstly asking if we needed any help. Not pushy at all. When we found a suit we liked we called him over. He is obviously well trained as he knew sizes to try by sight. Couldn't have been more helpful. Delighted with the suit and the shopping experience.

This is probably the best retail outlet in Boston for fashionista, top of the range, quality gear. The staff are always v helpful & knowledgeable about what looks good & importantly what looks great on me. It's a shame there aren't more top marquee brands in Boston to complement this superb outlet.

I went to the Coneys store in Boston today and what a truly amazing experience. The store manager, Errol was extremely attentive as I spent a considerable amount of time in the store with my son and elder brother, choosing a selection of shirts, jeans, casual jackets, shoes, and a plethora of other high-quality items. The story itself is absolutely huge, and there is most definitely something for everyone even for the most discerning and choosey shopper. Other staff members were also very helpful and overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience. I would highly recommend the store to anyone looking for high-quality and very well priced items of men?s clothing.

Went to the Boston store today to get my 93yr old Dad some trousers. Bryant, the ladies on ladies wear and the lady who does the alterations (so sorry I can't remember your name) couldn't have been more helpful. They were kind, understanding, professional and patient while accommodating us downstairs (avoiding the stairs). This site is a credit to Boston and Bryant is a credit to good old fashioned customer service. Thank you.
