Manager great and helpful as usual. Unfortunately heard one of the staff in the back very loudly calling a previous customer a 'mong'. Was she aware I was there? Perhaps not. Does that make it OK? Absolutely not. Hearing someone who must come into contact with many disabled people using such a slur is very dissapointing.... read full comment
