Parkside Pharmacy is terrible. Unfortunately everyone else now gets painted with the same brush because of one arrogant staff member who refused to help me out with my medication. Avoid! My wife came to collect my medicine for blood pressure but in side package was omeprazole! She back to the pharmacy and one of pharmacist said they not taking back medicine! And they not care,my wife had to pay AGAIN! for the medicine i need!

Always very welcoming and knowledgeable. Great with advice whether for issues with prescriptions or even over the counter items. Due to more demand for prescriptions wait times and pre-ordered prescriptions need more time but that hasn't stopped the fantastic service that you get

Fantastic service, arrived to collect my daughters prescription, hadn't been printed but the young lady who served me went above and beyond to find the Rx and I waited no more than 10 mins. Chemist was very busy and all the staff were super polite, welcoming and efficient! Job well done.
