Even though I had to travel 70 miles to get to this little gem of a shop, I wouldn't hesitate to make this journey again should I need something else. Top class shop, people and service. Bryant, the ladies on ladies wear and the lady who does the alterations (so sorry I can't remember your name) couldn't have been more helpful. They were kind, understanding, professional and patient while accommodating us downstairs (avoiding the stairs). “First class service from Paul & Harry. I had booked a dash cam fitting for a Tues but was driving past the store on the Sunday before and called in. Paul was very accommodating and made a slot for me. Harry did a superb job of fitting and taking me through the unit, ensuring I understood its features and what I should do if I needed to recover footage. A great overall experience….well done to the Boston branch.”

“Cannot give 5 stars, because of refund policy. Only exchange or credit note they offer, they are not giving your cash back and it is unfair in my opinion. Then all shops could "play this smart" no ?‍♀️?‍♀️ but nobody is doing that (on my experience). Credit note is valid for 2 years at least that is good, buuuuuuut anyways it is my right to choose do l need my cash back or no. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy shop inside.”
