Love this place. I was looking for playstation 2 games, as new to all this gaming, everyone was friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about gaming.

My order was cancelled for no reason, emailed customer service multiple times and got ignored, nobody wanted to help solve my problem, not the first issue I have had with this company, no staff anywhere seen to want to help, just pure laziness from everyone.

I been a long time customer I am not happy with wii u games. I know it's kinda not their fault and their faults, well , I went in there to get more wii u games and I went homeI look at the dic and there is a big deep scrach ring on the print side again I went to play the game hoping but the games did not work again! THIS IS THE 4 GAME. I have this issue, and I which cex has a better checks then see the game Disc properly, not gust on the data side sorry I have to give you a bad score but 4 times in a row its bad.
Update: They have sorted the problem, and they will look into it.

I?ve always found them very helpful when I?ve upgraded my iPhones. You leave your old one to be checked out. Return and complete the deal. Very simple providing your phone is ok . I suppose it?s a difficult trade to be in with probably goods still under finance or blocked ect . A couple of years ago my new unused phone from them became blocked after just a couple of weeks use. They swopped it straight away and apologised. Can only speak from experience . I?ll go back again when I want another phone .
