“This isn’t a review regarding phone sales. However I wanted to give my thanks to the wonderful team at the Boston branch for helping with a mental health individual who needed help with their phone sim to contact their line of help. They showed kindness and understanding to her and allowed for her to take some time to get her things in order. Speaking with them afterwards, their kindness to this individual was second to none, even with the male colleague giving the lady her space when needed. A HUGE credit to the store!! I believe one member to be possibly be called Matt and another lady too!”
