Huws Gray have allowed a person who is not authorised to use my account to buy goods against my account, in a store 157 miles away from where i live and despite phone calls and emails have still not sorted the issue, i just keep getting told the store will look into it, very unhelpful indeed and obviously cannot abide...

Great service! I only wanted a dozen slate roof tiles for an art project.
They didn't have any in stock, but went all the way to another store to collect some for me.
