Dietary restrictions: I asked for a pizza with no cheese and got a pizza with not only no cheese but no tomato. It was cold and overcooked which it would be without any tomato sauce on it. The chips were also a bit overcooked. The only thing that was OK was the normal ham and mushroom pizza.

Very small portion of donner meat and chip. Meat dry and thin as hell. Definitely not visiting again not worth the money

Food was good plenty of it, delivered in their 1 hour time slot.
Paper packaging was a good thing.

The pizza I ordered had a burnt crust. I cant eat. The base of a pizza should be nice and soft. Not burnt

I haven't been here for a long time and I'm appalled by the shop's state. It's unclean and the workers didn't have gloves on whilst working. I'm not coming back any time soon

Very often they give me the wrong order or missing items. The food also comes cold and dry chicken and not fresh food.

Ordered lamb donner, side salad, chilli sauce on side, 2 chicken shish one with salad & sauce, one with onion and lettuce & plain chips no cheese
Collected on time
Got home to have received no donner kebab, no side salad, cheesy chips (for someone lactose intolerant), sauce on wrong kebab
Food was cold pitta was stale, also the cost when you compare it online for identical order is cheaper! Would not recommend.
Best bit about the order was the can of drink

Only given one star as couldn't give no stars which i would have done if i could
As after waiting nearly 2 hours for our food to be delivered it ended up being delivered to wrong address which we ended up with Cold not edible food that looks like the dog has thrown it back up items missing when contacted regarding this the ,staff including the manager were extremely rude and abusive and refused to address the problem apparently its not their fault that the food was delivered elsewhere and not their fault its cold and missing items we might aswell have just thrown the money down the drain then to top things off after the manager was abusive and rude he decided before the conversation was finished to put the phone down
We Will never order from this takeaway ever again and defiantly WONT recommend this take away to any one unless you like cold rubbery food that looks like the dog has thrown it back up and like being abused for contacting the take away about any issue with said food/drinks

The food we ordered from here was absolutely abject! Ordered takeout and when we got back to the hotel the bag was swimming in bright orange grease. After then looking at the food, it was thrown instantly into the bin as it look more like road kill and gravel than chicken. Avoid like the plague. Just grim!!

Absolutely terrible burger burnt from the day before and served to me today furious and I should have asked for my money back but short of time. Been using these for years but won't be going back. I'm also guessing 1 star hygiene rating?
