The lady .(Suzanne) I had an appointment with was kind and friendly. I didn't feel rushed while getting used to my new varifocal glasses. And she explained how to use them to get the best out of them .. thank you for a good experience

The eye test was very comprehensive and I felt that my own experience was understood. I feel I was given good unbiased advice as to what was best for me. I was given advice and assistance with selecting frames that suited my needs. The collection and personal fitting service was also very good.

Friendly, helpful & polite front of house staff.
The optician I saw was professional and explained clearly why I was struggling with my current prescription, I felt comfortable and happy with advice given.
Glasses weren't cheap, however they're not at any opticians you go to and customer service trumps cost for me.

The staff were very helpful at every step of the way. I was grateful for their opinion when choosing the frames. Unfortunately, they could not quote prices as lense manufacturer wanted them to e-mail lense details then they would e-mail their prices. Boots did contact me as soon as they received the quote.

Both the optician and lady at the counter were very friendly and helpful. Didn't feel pressured or judged into getting glasses as my prescription was low but we spoke about my daily life and felt it would be a good idea with the UV protection for my studies. Wasn't pressured into expensive glasses and was advised on deals to get the best out of my money. There was no waiting around and the process was very quick. The optician was even helping me out with revision techniques so i didn't feel it was rushed, it was super person based care, very happy with my visit. Also very easy to book online, i even was able to find an appointment in the same week.

The staff all deserve a 5 Star rating - friendly and helpful. It is marked down, though, because the optician was not going to be present, then one was, and then, due to traffic, he was late, and the card payment machine was not working. I bought the staff some chocolates to cheer them up, they were 'unhappy' with the way things were going wrong. Poor things!
