Hi I am posting this regarding boots at holbeach I have moved here from Boston and I have never known to be treated like I have by certain
Members of staff. I have to have a weekly prescription so I go in every Monday for it or my daughter in law does well I have never been made to feel so awful and made to be treated like a first class drug user when I am not. I have chrones and epilepsy on a lot of tablets. The pharmacist is usually really good but the lady with the long black hair & glasses is very rude and abrupt and the one that makes me feel I am a drug addict I have never felt
So upset so my daughter in law started gong in for me and now she has come back a couple times and explained what the lady serving looked like and once again it?s the same. My daughter in law asked if we could have the email to make a complaint and the same lady said no ww can?t give that and my daughter in law said ?ww would like to make a complaint? tje last turned round and said ?there is no reason to complain ? this is absolutely shocking and I her made to feel like this every week in the holbeach boots jt us disgusting tje lady is still so rude every week not just to me I heard her talk to old People like it in the queue this is absolutely disgusting her customer services skills are very very poor !!!

Absolutely amazing service. The phlebotomist Bev was so helpful to my son that had travelled from South Africa in finding exactly what meds he needed and she went above and beyond. Thank you so much.

Generally good, but the pharmacy lets it down with unreliable repeats service and worse prescription meds delivery.
Update March 2025: Things have improved greatly and no complaints now. The only issue is getting hold of them on the phone when there's an error. Otherwise quite satisfied.

Went to the pharmacy I was talking to the girl explaining something to her and she just walked off didn't even acknowledge me until she bought my prescription back to me

Very poor service , had to queue twice once at the counter and then told very rudely to go to the back of the queue at the pharmacy , not a nice experience

Visited the store. Couldn't find the products I was looking for. I asked a young guy working there with the name badge Thomas and was super helpful and polite. Straight to all the products I needed. Great store knowledge and a very pleasant chat whilst taking me round the store.

Badly staffed, twice I've been in now & you have to queue at the main pharmacy counter to buy over the counter medication. Always a really, really long queue for prescriptions. Never anyone around to speak to about anything!
