Well where do we start. Pre booked a boxing day meal for 1 pm. After forty five minutes and a visit to staff we received our starters . Then told to order our main course but already pre booked second catastrophe. That's in between trying to get the table cleared obviously not enough staff and chaos organisation. CHRISTMAS DAY Awful all round! We waited for 40 minutes in a queue to be seated. The starters were appalling, we’ve had better pate in Lidl. A blob of sweet onion chutney and a soggy slice of toast. We asked for some butter and got told NO. Carvery was stodgy and stingy. Mean with the meat and the beef was overcooked.... read full comment
