Shocking, went in for advice on painkillers for a teen with a broken leg and I was told to rub ibuprofen gel on it, with a full leg cast on... really !

Had a prescription sent there by the UTC at Pilgrim on Wednesday, not ready Thursday not ready Friday. No offer to do it while I waited, asked for my prescription and took it elsewhere who did it while I was there. Only one member of staff on the counter and a long queue, she had a badge saying trainee and it showed.

Visited the Asda pharmacy. Staff member serving a customer after he served he didn?t look at me just said wait a minute no eye contact at all very rude and bad mannered. You then went through to the back to put a prescription in a tray but he thought it was more interesting to have a laugh and joke with his colleagues that was doing medication rather than serving customers that was waiting. When he did decide to return and speak to myself, he didn?t seem interested in what I had to say at all wanted to speak to the pharmacist concerning swollen glands and possible viral chest infection. When the pharmacist did come through to the front was no help whatsoever advised me to call back after 5:30 as they were closing for lunch really bad server she really should not be in that profession will not be visiting again. I will go to the more friendly one in grantham

Ridiculous situation today - 5/7/25! Pharmacist was in a consultation for over an hour, leaving people waiting for prescriptions without any indication of when he would be finished. One guy had been waiting for 1hr 30 minutes when I gave up and left! Consultations should be limited, as are appointments with doctors! Outrageous for a pharmacist to be in with a patient for that long on a Saturday afternoon while people are waiting, when he is the only pharmacist on duty!! Utter madness and pathetic service!!

Kept waiting for 30 mins in the queue whilst staff just ignore you. I can understand they are busy bot the queue of people was 10+ customer service appalling!!!!

Terrible. It has just got worse and worse over the past couple of months. Forever only 1 person serving who goes to back office for 5-10 mins at a time between customers. Notice for increased demand so you need to wait 3 days, but then still not ready after this time frame. Sadly you wait 30 mins at least in que to be told this.

Completely not fit for purpose - 5pm on a Thursday, one poor lady working the counter on her own - 28 people in front of me. Took me an hour and 45 minutes to collect something that was pre-ordered and prepared ready for 'easy collection'
This is not a new thing either. Consistently bad but nobody seems to care

What a joke the pharmacy is not the first time had to wait that?s a regular occurrence. But today I waited 5 min for opening time to be told to come back in 45 minutes as it was not ready as they didn?t have all the products what a joke it?s just they hadn?t got it ready after it been ordered over a week ago . Absolutely useless. Still waiting after 32 minutes .

Always have to wait 30 minutes plus because its so short staffed, asda need to pull their finger out and help the staff at the chemist. Also none of the staff are wearing name badges incase a complaint needed to be made.

Horrible experience using Asda pharmacy. Long queue?s almost every time, mainly due to the staff who are mostly very rude and like to take their time so that they feel important. There are a few nice ones but they aren?t there often. Trying to move to prescription delivery as I cannot rely on it as my pharmacy. They don?t always have what you need and I have been left without much needed meds on more than one occasion. Also you can?t always guarantee they have a pharmacist. It?s just not good enough.
