Shocking, went in for advice on painkillers for a teen with a broken leg and I was told to rub ibuprofen gel on it, with a full leg cast on... really !

Had a prescription sent there by the UTC at Pilgrim on Wednesday, not ready Thursday not ready Friday. No offer to do it while I waited, asked for my prescription and took it elsewhere who did it while I was there. Only one member of staff on the counter and a long queue, she had a badge saying trainee and it showed.

Visited the Asda pharmacy. Staff member serving a customer after he served he didn’t look at me just said wait a minute no eye contact at all very rude and bad mannered. You then went through to the back to put a prescription in a tray but he thought it was more interesting to have a laugh and joke with his colleagues... read full comment
