Used scan and go, got quality (no problem) the lady checked it all and then pressed the wrong button and couldn't scan it.
We had to re scan it all at the self checkout. No offer for money off.
What is the point of the scan and go if the staff can't use the equipment.
There were pallets of stuff everywhere and staff stood in the way chatting.
Also what is the point of the asda app, there is no reward for shopping at asda.

One of our favourite wines was £1 higher at the checkout than the displayed price on three separate occasions, despite formally complaining. It would appear that staff at the checkouts don't care enough to change the system details.
Other item have also been higher at checkout, some by upto 50%.
The disparity is always in Asda's favour. Draw your own conclusions.

Me and my partner went for a quick English breakfast and cuppa before our train this afternoon; an older woman was ahead of us in the queue, we were all waiting a good 5 minutes for the woman at the counter to finish her conversation with a coworker (who was literally standing next to us) and serve us - the older woman actually had to ask her to serve us.
The coffee machines that were in service were a bit grubby despite seeing staff maintaining them whilst we were there.
The food came out speedy (within 5 minutes), however you can tell it?d been sat under a heat lamp for too long as most of the meat was dry. My partner asked for no beans or tomato as they have a mild allergy, however both plates came with, so they had to eat around the pile of beans and left still quite hangry.
Overall, service and quality wasn?t great. We don?t expect a lot as it is a grocery store kitchen, however we were both a little disappointed with the overall standard.

Staff abusive place is pest full, most days not clean. They walk around openly screaming at customers before closure, u giving a dam about they jobs.

Warning! Food poisoning from chicken breast!
After eating chicken breast bought at Asda Boston Superstore I ended up in the hospital with severe food poisoning.
The meat looked fine, but it landed me in the ER.
I do not recommend ? be careful what you eat!

After being stalked by the manager of asda Boston it's made feel uneasy (uncomfortable) one member of staff made a homophobic towards me 2 years ago I would not recommend Asda to anyone

This store has gone down hill lately. I went in to do my weekly shop and walked straight back out and went elsewhere. The lack of fresh meat was shocking.
I usually do online shopping and the amount of substitutes I get is ridiculous. It seems this particular store can?t handle the volume of consumers. Some of the substitutions are ridiculous ie: I ordered sugar and got sent sweetener.
Will now look at shopping elsewhere in future.

I like asda superstore ,i always going there for shoping ,but about delivery service it is an inconvenient they replace my choise utem ,for example i put in my bascket mineral water 500 ml but they replace it with 2 L butle ,in the future i if i use delivery i would love dont replace my product ,tankyou

Just had our Christmas shopping delivered and 50% was unavailable. What an absolute disgrace this store is, never any stock and totally unsuitable substitutions.

I have been having home deliveries for about 3 years but since its been taken over its not the same I have had a number of issues with sub standard fruit and veg, even had mince pies delivered with the expiry date that day
The final straw came today my wife's been waiting for our delivery between 12.30 and 13.30 which did not turn up, 3 hours later whilst on the phone to find out what was happening received an email saying my order has been cancelled
I've now cancelled my pass and will shop elsewhere
