Click & collect store for Argos in Boston. Better to order online and collect. You can also use in store kiosk to order items on time and collect.

I will never buy a product from Argos Boston again. After purchasing a suitcase from them for my holiday abroad, I used the item once and the wheel snapped off after one journey. On my return I went back into argos within the 30 days of purchase expecting a refund or replacement etc, only to be told to take it up with the airline as Argos claim they had damaged it or so Bev at Argos thinks! How she can assume how the wheel came off from 2800 miles away is beyond me . How ever if I had travelled in the UK they would have apparently been able to give me a refund . Do not buy from Argos there customer service is appalling, they will do anything to refuse giving you your money back .... I had to put 1 star as no stars isn't an option ..

I wanted to return the mattress. The "manager" did not want to accept the return or exchange the mattress for another one. He lied about 100 night's comfort policy, claiming it only applies to Silent Night mattresses. He didn't care about the conversation I had with the assistant in the online chat. I bought a mattress that was previously unpacked, but I cannot return it in this condition. He stated that any item purchased and unpacked, even if it is defective, is not returnable. I definitely don't recommend Argos Boston, but I do recommend Argos Spalding, absolutely no problems.

I also ordered an item for click and collect. We travelled to the store twice after the online automated ?help? said it was ready to collect. The store had a sorry closed sign despite saying open on Google too.2 wasted journeys. Online chat was completely incompetent. I asked to complain and she gave me an out of date email address. I then completed a complaint form for Sainsburys customer complaints but they have not responded either. Never will I use this inefficient uncaring disappointing service again. I would urge you to do the same
