So disappointed yesterday. We visited and normally on a Sunday its a full, lovely menu with pies and sausage and mash etc. Menu was awful. About 4 hot options and then sandwiches. Was told it was a reduced menu on a Sunday now because it got too busy one weekend.

We stopped here for an excellent snack a week or so ago and enjoyed it a lot.
However, I managed to leave my coat behind. Genuine customer service is what truly differentiates a business, and I was hugely impressed by what I discovered at Humber Bridge Garden Centre. Everybody I spoke to was incredibly helpful. They located my coat and sent it back to me, without accepting any payment. I could not have asked for more. What a great place!

Don't quite know what to say. Clarifying my husbands comment below. An hr of utter time wastage and a hungry child. OK it was just a portion of chips but it's the principle. Multiple times I asked where the chips were to be told they will come. There was a waitress too who was physically upset over something slamming down cups and plates on her tray, not very professional. Infact it was her I asked the last time where these chips were. To cut a long story short we're told a refund was going to be issused because they shut the kitchen. Clearly issues with order and communication. Perhaps the subject of your next training day. When there's a complaint surely that's a priority.

What a terrible experience. Walked the bridge over to the garden centre, left my wife, daughter and her friend in the garden centre restaurant and ordered three drinks and a portion of chips. Despite my wife complaining twice that the chips hadn?t arrived, they still did not materialise. It took me an hour to walk back to my car (hull side) and then return to the garden centre in my car and my wife had still not had her chips and was advised the kitchen was closed!!!!! Absolutely the worst service ever!!!! Not recommended ?

Visited for lunch mid week, and had an excellent steak and mushroom pie. Food quality was very good. Restaurant was clean and staff were very welcoming and professional.

very nice , popped in for a drink on a very warm summer day , slightly expensive though £3.20 i was charged for a can of fanta is what it is , lovely place though and lovely scenery surrounding it

What a lovely place to visit?, definitely 5 stars in all areas ??. We had a delicious breakfast ?, cafe staff very professional, friendly and approachable.....dog friendly inside/outside ?. Karen in the shop was very warm and friendly, our Border Terrier Hamish really liked her. The garden centre was amazing....it was definitely one of the nicest garden centres we have visited, it was so very well organised, clean and tidy, staff all warm and friendly. This was our 2nd visit and will definitely make it out regular brekkie stop.

We?ve eaten here for both breakfast and lunch a couple times and it is always delicious! Good gluten free options for both and wide variety of other choices. Yummy food and good service. Highly recommend!
