Good product. But the regular phone calls and the persistent saleswoman who wouldn't stop talking even though I said I was happy to buy but didn't want the phone call. Means I won't be buying anymore

Sold to me on the basis that the fish was fresh from Grimsby. The prawns were farmed in India and the sea bass from the Mediterranean. The prawns have been in the freezer for a year before reaching my doorstep!

Good quality and value for money. However the payment is taken through a company called Verifone who have shocking reviews (2.1) on Trustpilot and has led to numerous complaints. They have my wrong postcode despite my bank confirming that all my details are correct and the error is 100% with Verifone. A shame as I will not be buying off Regal Fish again unless they change their payment platform.
