App is down excuse to charge more... If everyone could note the branches that do this it would make it a lot easier to avoid them.

While the Greggs take away serves quality food sadly they don't cater for GF ( Gluten free ) the staff also seem clueless and unable to give you any information other than waving there food cart in your face and walking off.
The Subway next door does cater for GF sandwiches but have a zero care attitude in wanting to clean down when they are busy leaving you open to allergy issues

The staff at this Greggs in particular are wonderful, I always find they greet you with a smile and I can tell they are trained very well.

Foods ok but I don't like cold meat slices. Shame the foods not kept warm. The thing that frustrates me the most is the queue especially in the mornings. There only ever seems to be one serving. The rest are preparing or dealing with couriers!! I travel alot and this is my most frequent snack location. Same everywhere.

Really handy for use on the way to work: however at the times I have visited (06:00-06:30) there's only one person serving, cooking etc and consequently rushed off their feet with a queue of lazy workers who didn't make a pack up. Be patient we only have ourselves to blame???

Excellent food and very friendly service. The young man behind the counter was attentive and helpful. The cheese and onion pasty was really good and freshly cooked as he had suggested, the first white and pink jammy were delightful as always. I love Gregg's and will be back.

It's a services , you have fuel food coffee all in one building and on a separate building you have a Starbucks.
Also manual car wash and air/water payed all by cash or card. Note that this services at times are very busy but they always have the all store very nicely clean amd organised.
Toilets are almost a pleasure to use as they are an perfect example of how they should be anywhere
