Without the help of CHLOE in Scunthorpe I would probably be living in a tent by now. She was/is wonderful and the way she steered us through the process was great. We were jumping through HOOPS until this young lady stepped in. If the DDM staff are all this good, WoW. From start to finish of the property I bought from them, the after sales and dedication was sublime and believe me at times it was frustrating, not from DDM but the associated red tape and the correspondence with the seller. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Absolutely great service as a buyer from DDM Residential.
Emily was instrumental in pushing my seller along, chasing their estate agents and even when needed giving my solicitors a nudge too. It was a bit of a painful process but she was patient, always happy to help and didn't make me feel daft for asking questions.
I couldn't recommend them enough, even when Emily was on annual leave I was told before hand and everything was covered off by Kate on the day of completion.

We were absolutely delighted with the service we got from DDM. The whole team worked hard to secure a sale for our property and then special thanks have to go to Kate for tirelessly working to update a very complex chain to ensure completion on time for our deadline.
The team communicated well with each other throughout and it never mattered who answered the phone we got the same service. They were extremely flexible around viewings and really went out of their way to ensure as smooth a process as possible throughout.

It has been a long first house buying process but Emily has been very patient and helpful. First impression is always important . When we came for viewing as well as when we talked over the phone , Emily was so so friendly . And this made it a lot easier for us.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Kate Jeffery. Buying your first home is probably one of the biggest and most daunting things you will ever experience. I didn't have a clue of what to expect or the process involved in buying a house. However, having Kate at the helm was a big comfort. From the beginning then to submitting an offer right through to setting the completion date she has been there for me. She has been professional, friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything about the process at every given stage and was always there when I needed to ask advice. Kate made what could have been a very stressful time seem like a walk in the park.
