I have kidney failure I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a part of my prescription to be filled to be told again today they forgot to order it this is the 4th time I have been into the chemist and as always a long wait to be told no what a joke

The staff are always very polite, friendly and helpful each time that I go in. There must be times when they have off days but it never comes across to the customers. All of the staff are equally as praiseworthy , but the one that served me today, Megan, was especially so, we even had a laugh. The store is always clean and tidy with plenty of products on display and I don't think they're overly expensive. I would, and do, highly recommend Boots of Barton, I cannot fault it.

Sort your customer service skills out, they are absolutely non-existent.Was told prescription was ready to collect, when I went in, the prescription had apparently been thrown away... no real explanation as to why, ridiculous place.

Seven or eight people queueing for the only member of staff is hardly the most inviting first impression. Nobody has time to queue that long, including me so I went elsewhere.

Not very efficient. Told my prescription would be in on 3 occasions and on 3 occasions it wasn't. No apology. Going back tomorrow for 4th time. Fingers crossed ?

Issues with data protection, donelt expect your personal information to be treated with care. Dirty shop and never stocked. Issues with medication ordering and drug management. Disinterested and rude staff.

Poor customer standards by vaccination staff, lacked confidence, poor knowledge of systems, dismissive. Asking for payment when corporate customer. Vaccination staff dismissive when asked for complaints contact details. Issue with website automated booking service for free corporate vaccination. Manager also couldn?t supply complaints contact details when requested. Manager tried to assist and genuinely helpful. Escalated to pharmacist. Acknowledged there was an issue with the booking system. Total waste of time. Poor customer experience. Tiny consultation room.Continue to use for drop in purchases and prescriptions.

Served by a very lovely lady who was very helpful. The only negative is the long wait, I was waiting for ages before I got served and only a couple of people in waiting for their prescriptions

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I always seem to get what Item I need. Parking car is easy and spacious.
