Stayed in a triple room 8-9th Aug.Food was lovely but room very tired.Water stains on the ceiling,no free toiletries provided and sink tap was loose,had to hold it to get hot water .Sky tv didn?t work. Very disappointed with the room

Excellent team and great food, really exceptional. The rooms are tired but the main thing for me is the bed is fresh and clean and it was thank you for looking after us.

WOW! This pub got me a taxi and a good meal all at a very low price. and when me taxi came early, they even packed up the food for us! never have i eaten such amazing jacket potatoes, and in such a beautiful building with amazing and friendly staff. just wow!

I'd like to say what a great place my son has moved to the area so I'm always there helping him out and we thought we would pop and have a look well I've been 5 times for food ace great food great beer staff are lovely popped in last night with the wife had another great meal

Came here for a meal tonight with parents for their birthdays and couldn't say enough about how lovely everything was. Every staff member we spoke to was happy to help and the food was brilliant too. Decently priced and were even kind enough to go out of their way to give my parents a little birthday dessert too. Thank you! :)

Second visit & just as good as the first.
Nice surroundings, excellent friendly service & lovely well cooked food with an extensive menu.
Large portions & reasonable prices.
Monday & Wednesday 2 meals.for £ 20.
Outstanding value.
I highly recommend. you won't be disappointed.

Great pub with beautiful food!! The staff are always friendly and the food is reasonably priced for portion size and often has offers on. We have been a few times as a family and have never been disappointed!!
