Keith has left my family in a desperate situation by not turning up on moving day. After knowing how stressed everyone has been to dodge my calls and play games on the day by promising to ?be there soon? and never show up adds insult to injury. My grandma has struggled with sever anxiety about selling their house (the sale hasn?t been easy) and we just wanted a stress free move, which is why we booked for packing and moving. Moreover, so far, he still has £900 deposit he demanded only a week before the moving date after first asking for and accepting a £200 on booking with him.If Keith fails to return this money I will be contacting the police and action fraud so that he can be dealt with for scamming my grandparents out of their money. The £900 is terrible but the worst part of this was how often he said to me, ?don?t worry, we?ll look after your grandparents. God bless you.?? ?tell them we?ll look after them - nothing will go wrong?? ?I?m a decent guy like you, we?ll take care of them. God bless them?.Luckily, I managed to find another company at very short notice (15:00 Saturday afternoon) I still had to drive 3 hours to their location to help pack unexpectedly.I asked Keith over messages and voicemails on the day to just tell me if I needed to make alternative arrangements so I could get on with it but he continued to tell me they would be here shortly but never showed up.This was after he already moved the packing date from Wednesday to Saturday (the day before the move). The only time he answered the phone to me was when I called from my wife?s phone number which he didn?t recognise. If you want the most stressful, waste-of-time, scheming house mover book Keith. For all other scenarios I would go elsewhere.
