Sadly after glowing recommendations after our initial meeting with promises to email nothing happened. I have now phoned them twice but no one has rung me back despite promises that there would be a return call. Disappointed.

Great service quick response and very helpful,They certainly know their stuff.After having issues with another solicitor in Alford we moved to tinn criddle and realised that we should have gone their first.Prices are very competitive and the staff are very helpful.Their is no waffle they speak in plain English which is great.All in all it was a quick and easy to sort out what we had to and I would highly recommend this firm.Great job thank you Kim.??????????

It?s the only solicitor?s I?ve ever come across who is reluctant to send out invoices and bills!!!I?m really worried about my mother. They have p.o.a. They sold my mother?s bungalow last year at a reduced price and put her in a home when professionals said she didn?t need to be in a home. I want to know why she has lost her home and paying rent on a sheltered accommodation bedsit she hates and doesn?t go out cos drug addicts live there.Why is that better for her than her own home where she had cleaners in and her social worker said she was fine?! I?ve been told there was concerns raised by professionals last year about these solicitors.So many questions. If you couldn?t wait for your fees just refer her on to social services.Most of her money has gone. They won?t send statements to her or copies of bills. I?ve asked numerous times to send her an invoice of what they?ve charged her. We?ve even rung up together and left messages. My mother is perfectly happy for me to speak on her behalf and I?ve been told it?s not breaching confidentiality to ask for an itemised bill and invoice sent to her address so my mother can be kept informed. That?s legal procedure and professionalism anyway. Sadly she thinks her ex has had all her money and they seem to be happy to let her keep thinking this.There?s huge sums gone out to them in the last few months. They didn?t give my mother statements or bills we had to go to the bank.What is the problem with just sending itemised bills and charges? Every other solicitor does it.I?m not as clever as these people but I?m worried about my mother and so are other professionals.My mother wants to live near me. They?ve all her documentation and promised to send evidence needed to the council which they havent.Told my mother they would.I even said to one of these attorneys that I?d been advised to call the police if he didn?t send a bill and let us know what is going on.He said ok, thanks goodbye.What kind of attitude is that?! Most solicitor?s would have apologised, say they would send a bill and say there was no need for the police. Their attitude is really worrying.My mother is a vulnerable person.I dare you to sue me Tinn Criddle cos putting all this in front of a judge is what is needed.You?ve all got mothers I presume. Yet you can?t see how your behaviour is concerning and worrying got her family. Shame
