Poor service and customer care!I ordered and paid for 4x 10kg, JBL aquarium sand and some piping online. The next day I received an email from Dave French to notify me that they can not supply the sand until the following week as the stock levels were incorrect.After acknowledging the email the same day, I accepted it and waited over a week to hear nothing back for a delivery date. I sent an email to Dave French to have no reply.The following day I called Lincs aquatics to be held on the phone for 15mins. I was then told that the stock they have is in 5kg bags only, and I've got to pay a price difference per bag as the 10kg bags won't be available until January??This isn't on at all!!Not only do you take money for products you don't have! You don't reply to emails or notify the customer of any updates. But then want to charge the customer more for your own incompetence.Unfortunately I won't be using Lincs Aquatics again.

absolutely love this place, if be happy to make multiple purchases from here and love looking at all the fish, sad that we couldn't access the reptiles at the time we were there, but everything else made up for it. absolutely love this place, would recommend.
