Never had a problem here, it's been our go-to Chinese for over 20 years, never had a problem, food always good and served in reasonable time. I don't recognise the complaints other people have made, they mostly seem to be 1 star reviews moaning about stuff outside the takeaway's control.

I was a bit worried as the rating is quite low. We had meal M2 and it was excellent. Collected at the time I asked for. Lovely hot food and very tasty. ?????
