Very unpleasant experience. Despite having the email with a QR code, I was not allowed to collect my daughters parcel. They insisted it was a data protection, however I showed I'd and the code and still not enough. Fortunately they did accept a photo of my daughters Id. I wouldn't mind so much but this always happens at this spar, and elsewhere the code is sufficient.

I cannot stand the people working at this shop, they are such pathological egotists! All they do is deny you access to getting your disabled relatives parcel, dispite all the ID they could ask for. Once my wife had covid, so couldn't possibly get to this store to collect her parcel. I went down with her ID and my own ID along with proof of address. And was still told she needs to go there herself. They are all up themselves and rude, clearly wanted to be police officers the power hungry rude morons. DPD should sack this shop off from using them as a drop point

Disgusting shop with no morals regarding food safety.\\nBought a too good to go magic bag from here earlier, fully understand that food is not the freshest, but this man gave me a bag with 5 items in, the only decent thing in it was 2 chicken breasts, until I I them home and opened them, todays best before date but this chicken stank my whole house out because it was so rotten. It had obviously not been stored properly, and smelt of rotten eggs, that's how off it was.\\nThis man must have known that chicken was like that, all parcelled up at the bottom of the bag.\\nThe whole bag has gone in the bin because I wouldn't trust eating anything from there.\\nYes, it wasn't expensive, but it still has to be fit for human consumption. If an elderly person or child had to eat that it could kill them.\\nVile.
