Very unpleasant experience. Despite having the email with a QR code, I was not allowed to collect my daughters parcel. They insisted it was a data protection, however I showed I'd and the code and still not enough. Fortunately they did accept a photo of my daughters Id. I wouldn't mind so much but this always happens... read full comment
