I was a regular customer,however I'm not anymore, firstly the smell is breath taking when you walk into the store which puts you off buying anything from the shop, it also makes you wonder whether the food is being kept correctly
I nipped in there earlier today. The floor was filthy and I was not happy with the poor service I received, i was talking to my friend on my phone about how disgusting it was as I left the shop, next thing I know is I was confronted by a man outside asking me if I had a problem, I told him it stinks and the staff do not communicate. His reply was good!!!!!!!!. I think he was the manager. No wonder the staff have no standards with a manager so confrontational.
This is a terrible way to treat a customer.
I will never shop there again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. Disgusting behaviour.

I love the fresh items when they have just been reduced! I also love the way they mark reductions and price match with Aldi with red tickets!

I prefer buying salad veg from Sainsbury's than Asda, better quality, but more expensive than Lidl or Asda so wouldn't do weekly groceries here. Very convenient for general stuff and customer service staff are always dedicated and professional.

Most of employees are great, but some are arrogant and have 0 skills for serving people. And I?ve never been rude to anyone there. Event though I live right next to it, I?ll never shop there again.

Just been in said hello to the young lad on till no reply. Nectar card wouldn?t swipe I asked can you scan in he looked me in the face and sad NO then put his hand out to grab my keys and scanned it !? No greeting no goodbye just talkin rubbish to the other lad on the shop floor on headphones just a tiny bit of CS would of been nice Everyone has bad days I get it but at least try to be polite. You can ruin someone?s day by being so rude and dismissive.
