Lady on customer service who i would describe as middle aged blonde with glasses on the shorter side went well above to help me today when the rest of the staff including the manager repeatedly ignored my/her request for help. She went into the warehouse and fetched the item herself as none out in store, after getting the security guy to watch her station. She deserves a pay rise!

Small black security guard tried to touch me and pat me down as i was leaving. Felt really nice. Would reccomend.
