Just walked in, no appointment, sat down in the cubicle and had the injection within minutes! no problem and no panic ! will be having it here next year without a doubt.Hopefully this year will be the fourth injection ? 2022”

“This is a new chemist for me as I moved into the area in December 2021.The staff are always extremely polite and very helpful with any questions or issues I have.The phone does get quite busy at times but the staff always try their best to answer.Waiting times can sometimes feel longer than they actually are, it just depends on how busy the doctors is to how busy the chemist will be.I have had only one problem regarding my perscription which the staff was quick to resolve for me.I really like what I call the 'slip system', if they haven't got a particular item for you eg meds, they will give you a slip of paper with a print out of what they owe you and how much, it's really good as I lose track of a lot of things, so I just stick it to my fridge so then I'm reminded every time I go in the kitchen.Thank you to everyone at well pharmacy for all your help and services throughout a tough few years, it is much appreciated ?”
