Tried to place an order using two different self-service machines, both of which repeatedly froze or crashed. There were no staff available at the tills to take our order, and when someone eventually arrived, they showed no sympathy, apology, or concern when we politely explained the issue. As is often the case, milkshakes were unavailable. To top it off, another staff member was sat at a nearby table on their phone ? perhaps on a break, but it didn?t give a great impression.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this McDonald's location. The staff, who appeared to be predominantly teenagers, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and competence.
My order was incomplete, missing two packs of mozzarella sticks and a Mayo Chicken. When I reported the discrepancy, I was met with immediate disbelief and accusations of dishonesty. The manager claimed that CCTV footage of a sealed bag proved the order was fulfilled. This claim was made within five minutes of my complaint, making it highly improbable that they had thoroughly reviewed the footage.
It is absurd to suggest I would fabricate missing items like mozzarella sticks and a Mayo Chicken. I requested a full refund, which was eventually granted, but the entire experience was incredibly frustrating.
The manager's handling of the situation was unacceptable. He accused me of lying, despite the illogical nature of the accusation. I have dash cam footage that corroborates my account, showing me checking the bag, comparing it to the receipt, and returning to the restaurant.
I strongly advise against going to this location. The staff are rude, and the manager lacks basic logical reasoning and customer service skills. This branch is actively losing customers due to mismanagement.
For McDonald's senior management: Please review the CCTV footage from 21:49 to 22:05. I urge you to reconsider the employment of this manager, as their behavior is detrimental to your brand. They require either immediate dismissal or comprehensive retraining. This individual is actively damaging your business.

Presentation of food is terrible, all my burgers been squashed, 2 fries from the menus been missing, the parking area is a mess, service is slow. Not recommended at all! AVOID!

I ordered food through the app and collected at the store. When I got home, I realized there were only this many fries?! May I ask where the rest of my fries went?!

Appalling service, managers couldn't care less, Shake machine always seems to be offline and waiting for parts. Trying to complain to the manager is no good as they refuse to tell you who that is, or in the case of a duty manager, refuse to tell you their own name! Complete shambles, and I'm being very polite here. Previously, when we've had food from there, it's been average at best. Very unlikely we'll be visiting again.

Ordered adult meals, no soft drinks available, no milkshakes available only kid size drinks or hot drinks. But still full price for adult meals, with 1 tiny fruit shoot.

Food was great- no complaints there.
HOWEVER ordered a mcdelivery and the driver was the rudest person I have ever encountered.
I was working in a busy shop at the time and was completely unaware that the driver had rang my phone.
When he eventually turned he up he shouted why had I not picked up the phone. This was said in front of customers that I was serving. I explained that I had been busy. I turned around to walk out the door in a big huff, STILL CARRYING OUR FOOD ORDER of £40
When I called him back he was not amused. Eventually left the order on the counter after much grumbling

If you?re desperate for a McDonald?s, drive to Almond Rd, Market Harborough, or any other McDonald?s.
The food quality here is terrible compared to other sites. Also, check your order before you go because there will be at least one thing wrong

Drive through gets to busy, no milkshakes or soft drinks available and food was cold when we picked it up from the drive through. 2\10 wouldn't come back again

Gave me wrong drinks, I gave them back, then threw the wrong food at me also, bag open unfolded. A mess inside, just walks away from window not even allowing me to say wrong food, then finally finds my food once he comes back to window. Throws it at me again open ripped bag and walks away again without waiting for me to even open my mouth, all this while he?s being supervised by another clown. At this point I?m not happy, as I wasn?t even able to ask for sauce so I shout the supervisor over, no care in the world. Get home chip are less than a small portion when it?s meant to be a large meal, food cold to the touch not even a straw for my drink or paper towels in the bag. No soft drinks available but want to charge you extra for milkshake. Disgusting! The service here stands out as Worst McDonalds in Leicester, there simply is no service. Iv gave you too many second chances this is the final straw. You?ve lost a customer who?s been visiting you since the day you opened over 20 years ago. Absolute shambles of a place, you can see why McDonald workers have a stigma
